Way for experience

During numerous years (40 years), I participated in the development of the microelectronics and was involved in different technological stages in advanced production where I could measure and manage the impact of the micro contamination on products to bring the improvements of performances and competitiveness there.

To assure the company strategy as the increase of capacity, the deployment of the second sources, the contracts of partnership, I participated in the creation of new plants and for the transfers of technology.

The most technologically advanced production units are agreed under pressure of the micro contamination and are therefore a pilot ground for the good methodology of management.
